A little help before you begin
What does the free visa planner give me?
Choose a destination and visa type to see the document categories recorded in our guide, the published professional filing price where available, and the official source. You can tick items as you collect them, print the checklist or share a destination link. It helps you prepare for a discussion; it does not submit an application.
Is this the final checklist for my application?
It is a planning checklist based on our destination guide. The issuing authority can change its requirements or ask for extra evidence. Your employment, sponsor, travel purpose, family situation and previous refusals can change what you need. Follow the current official instructions and confirm your individual case before filing.
Do I need to leave my phone number to see a price?
No. You can view the plan and published professional fee without an account or contact details. Government, embassy and application-centre fees are separate. Where a service has no published price, we confirm its scope and quote before you decide.
How do saved and shared plans work?
Saving is optional and keeps your destination, visa type and checklist ticks in this browser for up to 30 days. Delete the saved plan from the planner whenever you want. A shared link contains only your destination and visa type, so your private checklist progress is not shared. Open the plan on this device to continue.
