No. ₹4,999 (GST included) is SureshotVisa's professional fee for preparing and filing a standard visitor or tourist visa — Canada is ₹7,499, the USA and Australia ₹9,999. Government, embassy, VFS and biometric charges are paid separately at actual cost. Every destination page lists them with their official source.
What does the expected visa decision date mean?
Calculated from the currently available appointment date and SureshotVisa's standard processing model. Government processing, additional-document requests, administrative processing and other authority-controlled delays can affect the final date. The visa authority alone decides the outcome.
What happens if my visa is refused?
Our professional fee is refunded in full if the visa is refused, initiated within 7 days to the account you paid from. Embassy, government, biometric and VFS fees are paid to those bodies and cannot be refunded by anyone.
Which visas does the standard fee cover?
Standard visitor and tourist visa filings — UK, New Zealand, Ireland, all Schengen countries (tourist, visitor and business-visitor), Japan, Korea and most embassy-filed destinations at ₹4,999; Canada visitor and parents' Super Visa at ₹7,499; USA B1/B2 with interview preparation at ₹9,999; Australia visitor, tourist and business-visitor at ₹9,999. Do you guarantee approval?
No one can. We prepare and present your application professionally; the embassy or visa authority decides. That is why our professional fee comes back if you are refused.

Do I have to visit your office?
No. Everything — profile review, forms, documents, cover letter and submission guidance — is done over WhatsApp, phone and email from our one office in Patiala. The only in-person steps are your own visits to the visa application centre or consulate for biometrics or an interview, where the route requires them.
How long does a visitor visa take?
It depends on the mission, not on us: a Schengen consulate normally decides within 15 calendar days of submission and may take up to 45; Canada, the UK, the USA and Australia publish their own processing times, and appointment availability adds to the wait. Every country page prints the current figure with its official source and the date we checked it.
What is included in the filing fee?
