The whole policy fits on one screen, because a refund policy you need a lawyer to read is a refund policy designed not to pay. Here is ours.

Government fees are shown at cost and never marked up. You see which rupee went where, on one invoice in the registered company name.
Before we file: 100% of our fee back, within 7 days
If you cancel at any point before we submit your application to the embassy, consulate or VFS, every rupee of our service fee comes back to you — no questions, no deductions, no 'processing charges'. We initiate the refund to your original payment method within 7 days of your request, and send you the transaction reference when it's done.
The ₹499 report: fully refundable, or credited
The ₹499 Visa Possibility Report is refundable in full if you're not satisfied — and if you upgrade to any service, the ₹499 is credited against it. Same 7-day initiation promise.
If you're refused: 100% of our fee back
If the embassy refuses your application, our service fee comes back to you in full — same 7-day initiation, same original payment method, no deductions. And if the refusal was caused by our documentation error, we also refile your application at no extra cost. What we cannot return is the government's money: see below.
Government, embassy and VFS fees: not ours to refund
Visa fees, biometric fees and VFS charges are paid to the government or VFS — by you, at cost, never marked up by us. No consultancy can refund them, whatever anyone promises. If a website tells you government fees come back on refusal, read their fine print twice.
