No. ₹4,999 (GST included) is our professional fee for preparing and filing a standard visitor or tourist visa; Canada is ₹7,499, the USA and Australia ₹9,999. Government, embassy, VFS and biometric charges are paid separately at actual cost. They differ by country and are listed with their official source on each destination page and on your service agreement. Not included in our fee: a flight reservation (from ₹708) and a confirmed hotel booking (₹590 per hotel). Book them separately, only if your visa needs them.

Yes — that's the whole point. Every small DIY service is credited in full toward your full filing if you upgrade within 30 days, so you pay nothing extra. You only ever pay once.
Yes. Bigger services (PR, full student journey) can split into instalments via Razorpay. The payment link is shared on WhatsApp.
No. Our fee is per applicant, so each family member pays the per-person fee, children included: a family of four applying for a ₹4,999 visa pays ₹19,996 in our fees. Separately, you get ₹1,000 referral credit when a friend you refer books a paid service.
Visa approval rests with the embassy — nobody can guarantee it. If you are refused, our service fee comes back to you in full. Government fees are the one part nobody can return: the embassy fee goes to the mission and the visa-centre fee goes to VFS, and both are payable again on a re-application. If the refusal was caused by our documentation error we also refile at no extra cost, and every refused client gets a detailed reapplication strategy.
No — work permits / work visas require a separate MEA Recruiting-Agent licence we don't hold. We can still help with tourist, study, family, business and PR visas for every country we list.
