4Services we provide — and what we do not

Services offered

  • Study Visa guidance (Canada, USA, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, Ireland, Schengen).
  • Permanent Residency consultancy (Canada Express Entry, Australia SkillSelect, UK settlement).
  • Visitor / Tourist Visa assistance, including Schengen applications.
  • Canada Super Visa for parents and grandparents.
  • Dependent and Family visas (spouse, children, sponsorship).
  • Visa Refusal support (CAIPS/GCMS notes retrieval and reapplication strategy).
  • Supporting services (SOP review, documentation support).

Services we do not provide

We do not provide work-permit services of any kind. Work permits require a separate MEA Recruiting Agent licence that we do not hold. Any work-permit pages on our website are informational only, and no fees will be accepted for work-permit processing.

Our role is advisory and preparatory: eligibility assessment, documentation preparation and review, and assistance with lodging official applications. We are not a government body and have no affiliation with visa posts or immigration authorities.

5No guarantee of visa outcome

Visa decisions rest solely with the relevant visa officer or immigration authority. We do not control, influence or guarantee any outcome, processing time or application approval. Any timelines we share are estimates based on published authority guidance and are not commitments.

Where we have acted with reasonable professional care, a visa refusal does not constitute a breach of these Terms and does not entitle you to a refund of the Consultancy Fee, except as stated in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6Fees, billing and payment

6.1 Pricing and GST

Consultancy Fees appear on our Pricing page or in custom written quotes. Advertised "all-in" fees are inclusive of 18% GST. Government & Third-Party Fees are passed through at cost, are not subject to our GST, and are payable separately.

6.2 Payment processor

We accept online payment through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS-compliant processor that supports both Indian and international cards. Card and banking details are entered directly with the processor; we do not receive, store or process your full card numbers on our servers. Payment is subject to the processor's own terms.

6.3 Currency and international payments

Clients are billed in INR. Currency-conversion, foreign-transaction and cross-border fees charged by card issuers or banks are your responsibility. Payments comply with the Reserve Bank of India's FEMA regulations where applicable.

6.4 Invoices and timing

Each Engagement is confirmed by a GST invoice. Unless the quote specifies a staged or milestone payment schedule, the Consultancy Fee is payable in advance before work begins. We may pause an Engagement if an invoice remains unpaid.

7Service delivery and fulfilment

Services are delivered digitally and in person from our Patiala office; there is no physical product shipped. After payment confirmation:

  • We acknowledge the Engagement and assign a consultant ordinarily within 1–2 business days.
  • A free 30-minute eligibility assessment is scheduled at the outset; paid consultations and document work proceed on the timeline agreed for the Engagement.
  • Deliverables (assessments, checklists, drafted submissions, retrieved CAIPS/GCMS notes, case updates) are provided through the Client Portal, by email, or in scheduled calls.
  • Turnaround depends on the Service and your timely provision of documents. CAIPS/GCMS retrieval and similar third-party-dependent steps follow the issuing authority's timelines.

Office hours: Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST.

8Cancellation and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: your first eligibility assessment is free; our own service fees carry a full, no-questions-asked refund if you are not satisfied (judged by you), the ₹199 Visa Possibility Report is fully refundable and credited to any service you book, and we refund in full if we miss a committed deadline or if our review or preparation missed an issue the embassy later flags (and we re-review your re-application free). Government & Third-Party Fees are non-refundable. The full policy details the service-specific guarantees and process.

9Your obligations

  • Provide accurate, complete and genuine documents and information. Submitting forged, misrepresented or fraudulent documents is grounds for immediate termination without refund, and you remain solely liable for the consequences.
  • Disclose any prior visa refusals, overstays or adverse immigration history.
  • Respond to document and information requests promptly to meet authority deadlines.
  • Attend biometrics, medicals and interviews as required.
  • Do not engage another consultant on the same application in parallel without notifying us, as conflicting submissions can harm your case.
  • Use the website and Client Portal lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to our systems.

10Our obligations

  • Act with reasonable professional skill and care in line with our consultancy licence.
  • Keep your information confidential and handle it according to our Privacy Policy.
  • Communicate case progress in a timely manner through the Client Portal and agreed channels.
  • Be transparent about fees and pass Government & Third-Party Fees through at cost.

11Third-party services and government fees

Visa posts, IRCC, other immigration authorities, VFS Global, AVAC, biometrics and medical providers, translators and couriers are independent third parties. Their fees, rules, processing times and decisions are outside our control, and we are not responsible for their acts, omissions or service levels.

12Intellectual property

All website content, guides, tools, templates, checklists and branding are owned by Pro Lifeset Overseas Pvt Ltd or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may use them only for your personal, non-commercial visa application. Your personal documents remain your property; you grant us a limited licence to use them solely to deliver the Services.

13Confidentiality and data protection

We handle personal data according to our Privacy Policy and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Both parties agree to keep confidential information confidential, except where disclosure is required to deliver the Services or by law.

14Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Services are provided with reasonable professional care but without any warranty of a particular visa outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for visa refusals, delays or decisions made by any authority where we have acted in good faith and with reasonable care.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of opportunity, profits, savings or goodwill.
  • Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with an Engagement is limited to the Consultancy Fee actually paid by you for that specific Engagement.
  • Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

15Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or any inaccurate, misleading or fraudulent information or documents you provide.

16Term and termination

  • Either party may terminate an Engagement on written notice. Refund consequences are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for non-payment, fraud, misrepresentation, abusive conduct or breach of these Terms.
  • On termination, we will return original documents and provide a reasonable file handover. Sections that should survive by nature (fees due, IP, liability, confidentiality, governing law) continue to apply.

17Force majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including changes in immigration law or policy, authority or VFS processing suspensions, strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, outages of payment or hosting providers, or acts of government.

18Governing law, jurisdiction and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by Indian law. The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes amicably by raising them with the Grievance Officer (Section 19). If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute will be referred to arbitration by a sole arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996; the seat and venue of arbitration is Patiala, Punjab, and the language is English.

Subject to arbitration, the courts at Patiala, Punjab, India have exclusive jurisdiction. Clients contracting from outside India agree that Indian law governs and this clause applies, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections of their country of residence.

19Grievance redressal

For complaints, grievances or disputes, contact the Grievance Officer:

Email: info@sureshotvisa.com
