Our refund promise, plainly
We carry the risk, not you. We charge for our own work — reviews, reports, checklists, documentation, SOP rewrites, appointment booking and consultancy. If you are not happy with any of these services, you get a full refund, no questions asked. The judgement on whether the work met the mark sits with you, not us — there are no "claim windows" or "you-didn't-follow-our-advice" loopholes.
This promise applies to the fees you pay us. Money that we pass through to governments, embassies and other third parties is handled separately, in the "What's non-refundable" section below.
₹199 Visa Possibility Report
The ₹199 Visa Possibility Report is fully refundable. If you're not happy with the report, you get your ₹199 back, no questions asked. And if you upgrade to a full service, the ₹199 is credited to that service — so the report effectively becomes free.
Service-specific guarantees
On top of the blanket "paisa wapas" promise, several paid services carry their own specific guarantee. For example:
- Document / refusal-risk review: if our review misses a clear issue the embassy later flags, we refund 100% and review your re-application free.
- Interview preparation: if our prep doesn't cover a question the embassy actually asks you, full refund.
- SOP rewrite: if the rewrite doesn't materially improve clarity over your original — judged by you — full refund.
- Appointment booking: if we don't secure a slot in your date window within 30 days, full refund.

Deadline guarantee
If we commit to a delivery deadline for a paid service and miss it through our own fault, you get a full refund of that service fee.
Visa refusal
A visa decision rests solely with the relevant visa authority, so a refusal does not, by itself, trigger an automatic refund of our consultancy fee. However — and this is the core of our guarantee — if our review or preparation missed a clear issue that the embassy later flags, we refund that service fee 100% and review your re-application free of charge.
Paid consultations
Your first eligibility assessment is free. For any paid consultation, you may reschedule or cancel with 24 or more hours' notice for a full refund. Insufficient notice or a no-show forfeits that consultation payment.
What's non-refundable
We publish every fee upfront and pass government and third-party charges through at cost, with no markup. Because these amounts are paid onward to external authorities and providers, they are non-refundable once paid:
- Government, embassy and immigration-authority fees (e.g. IRCC).
- VFS Global, AVAC and biometrics charges.
- Medical examinations and language tests.
- Translators, couriers and other third-party services.
If a refund is due on our own service fee while a third-party fee has already been paid, only our service fee is refunded; the third-party amount follows that provider's own policy.
How to request a refund & processing time
To request a refund, email info@sureshotvisa.com with your case details, or message us on WhatsApp. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method via Razorpay.
