Is there a February intake?
No — Slovenia has a single October intake with September enrolment. Miss it and you wait a year, so file the permit by June–July.
Can I work while studying?
Yes — via študentski servis referral contracts, without a separate work permit. Many students fund living costs this way.
Can I travel Europe on a Slovenian permit?
Yes — Slovenia is in Schengen; the residence permit allows travel across the area within the 90/180-day rule.
