Indian Visa from Germany
German passport holders are eligible for India's e-Visa, so most tourist and business trips are approved online in days — and if you're an Indian-origin German who needs an OCI card, we handle that too. We prepare and file the whole application so it's right the first time. The final decision always rests with the Indian government.

The OCI path, step by step
If you took German citizenship, this is the route to lifelong, visa-free entry — and we manage every step, including the mandatory passport surrender.
Step 1
Took German citizenship
You're no longer an Indian citizen — India has no dual citizenship.
Step 2
Surrender the Indian passport
Mandatory — you get a Surrender Certificate. We handle this step for you.
Step 3
OCI card issued
Lifelong, visa-free entry to India. Done once, and you're set for life.

Indian visa from Germany — FAQs
Are German citizens eligible for the Indian e-Visa?
Yes. German passport holders can apply for the Indian e-Visa (tourist, business and medical) online before travel. We file it on the official portal and confirm the current fee for German nationals in your free assessment.
I took German citizenship — can I still keep an Indian passport?
No. India does not allow dual citizenship, so you must surrender your Indian passport and obtain a Surrender Certificate. For frequent visits, an OCI card is the best route — we manage the surrender and OCI together.
Do I apply for the Indian visa myself, or do you?
We prepare and file the whole application for you on the official Indian government portal (https://indianvisaonline.gov.in/) and pay the government fee, so nothing is mis-entered — the most common cause of delays and rejections. You just approve the details and travel.
What's the difference between an OCI card and an Indian visa?
An Indian visa authorises a specific visit and must be obtained each time (or as a multi-year e-Visa). An OCI card is for foreign nationals of Indian origin and gives lifelong, multiple-entry access without a visa. If you're of Indian origin and visit often, OCI is usually the better long-term choice.
Can I hold an Indian passport and a foreign passport at the same time?
No. India does not allow dual citizenship. Once you acquire another country's citizenship you cease to be an Indian citizen and must surrender your Indian passport and obtain a Surrender Certificate. That certificate is mandatory before an OCI application can be processed — we handle the surrender and the OCI together.
Can you guarantee my Indian visa or OCI?
No — and be wary of anyone who does. The decision rests entirely with the Indian government / Bureau of Immigration. What we control is the quality of your file: correct category, photo and passport specs, and complete supporting documents, so it's assessed at its strongest.
