File at VFS for the Embassy
Application form 1a + full file, in person; covers the temporary-stay-for-study request and D visa.

Interview / extra documents
The Croatian Embassy, New Delhi reserves the right to ask for more documents or an interview.
Step 5
Approval + D visa
Once the temporary stay is approved, the D visa goes in your passport — travel to Croatia.

Biometric card in Croatia
Register your address and collect the biometric residence card (within 30 days when entering on a D visa).
