Is Croatia in Schengen?
Yes — fully since 2023. Your Croatian study permit lets you travel the Schengen area within the 90/180-day rule.
Do I need to learn Croatian?
English-taught programs exist (notably medicine in Zagreb, Rijeka, Split); Croatian-taught degrees need proven Croatian. Check your program's language before applying.
Can I work part-time?
Yes — through Student Service contracts run by the Student Centre: roughly 20 hrs/week during semesters and full-time during holidays.
Will I be interviewed?
Possibly. The Croatian Embassy, New Delhi explicitly reserves the right to call any applicant for an interview or ask for extra documents.
