The Egypt Business Visa is for Indian travellers visiting Egypt for business, trade or exhibition purposes, or to attend a training course. You apply through a VFS Global Egypt centre in India with an invitation letter from an Egypt-based entity; the Embassy of Egypt, New Delhi decides the application. The fee is ₹8,000 for single entry or ₹10,500 for multiple entry (inclusive of the ₹500 embassy processing fee), plus the mandatory ₹800 VFS service charge.

Visa fees shown are for Indian passport holders and are inclusive of the ₹500 Embassy Processing Fee per applicant. A separate VFS Logistic (service) fee of ₹800 (inclusive of taxes) applies per applicant at all locations and is paid in cash/card/UPI at the time of submission — there is no exemption and no waiver. All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable regardless of the visa outcome. Fees differ for other nationalities/passports and are subject to change at the Embassy's discretion — confirm on the Egypt VFS Global India page before applying.

What to gather
Having a document isn't the same as presenting it right — that's the part we handle.

Two (2) recent colour photographs, 3.5 cm × 4.5 cm, taken within the last 1 month, on a plain white background, no border, in sharp focus, showing your natural skin tone with the face filling roughly 70–80% of the frame, looking straight at the camera, no headgear/hat/cap (religious head-cover allowed case-by-case provided chin, nose, eyes, ears, eyebrows and forehead remain uncovered and the face shape is apparent), no teeth showing, no staple/ink marks and no creases. Scanned or colour-photocopied photos are NOT accepted.

Assemble your documents
Gather your original passport (6+ months validity), photocopies, two compliant photos, the filled form, request letter, invitation + host ID, confirmed return ticket and 6 months' stamped bank statement.
Complete the application form
Fill in and sign the Egypt visa application form, ensuring all details match your passport.
Submit at the VFS centre
Attend your VFS Global Egypt centre in India, submit your documents, and pay the visa fee plus the ₹800 VFS service charge (cash/card/UPI).
Track and collect
Track via VFS; processing is typically 10–12 working days in Delhi and 12–15 elsewhere. Collect your passport after the embassy decides.
