The work visa is issued only upon receiving the work permit from the Egyptian competent authorities, which is the responsibility of the Egyptian employer. Visa fees shown are for Indian passport holders and are inclusive of the ₹500 Embassy Processing Fee per applicant. A separate VFS Logistic (service) fee of ₹800 (inclusive of taxes) applies per applicant at all locations and is paid in cash/card/UPI at the time of submission — there is no exemption and no waiver. All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable regardless of the visa outcome. Fees differ for other nationalities/passports and are subject to change at the Embassy's discretion — confirm on the Egypt VFS Global India page before applying.

    Two (2) recent colour photographs, 3.5 cm × 4.5 cm, taken within the last 1 month, on a plain white background, no border, in sharp focus, showing your natural skin tone with the face filling roughly 70–80% of the frame, looking straight at the camera, no headgear/hat/cap (religious head-cover allowed case-by-case provided chin, nose, eyes, ears, eyebrows and forehead remain uncovered and the face shape is apparent), no teeth showing, no staple/ink marks and no creases. Scanned or colour-photocopied photos are NOT accepted.

    Employer secures the work permit

    Your Egyptian employer applies for and obtains a work permit from the Egyptian competent authorities. SureshotVisa is not involved in this step.

  2. 02

    Visa issuance follows the permit

    The Egypt Work Visa is issued only upon receiving the approved work permit. Coordinate the visa step with your employer and the Embassy of Egypt directly.
