- 2Standard Admission Certificate from the Korean institution is mandatory — apply only after you are admitted.
- 3A TB test from a designated diagnostic institute is required; carry the original report.

- 5One recent colour photograph, 35–40 mm wide, taken within the last 6 months against a bright/white background, close-up of the head and top of shoulders so the face fills 70–80% of the frame, sharp and clear with no ink marks or creases.
