The Adoption visa (subclass 102) allows children under 18 who have been adopted (or are in the process of being adopted) outside Australia to live in Australia permanently with their adoptive parent. The adoption must follow the Hague Convention, a bilateral arrangement, or an expatriate adoption recognised by Australian authorities.
This visa is a long-term migration / specialised category. Informational guide. The Work and Holiday visa (subclass 462) allows young Indians aged 18–30 to work and travel in Australia for up to 12 months, but India has a ballot-based quota. SureshotVisa does not process work visas.
