Subclass 602 is a temporary visa for people travelling to or remaining in Australia for medical treatment/consultation, for organ donation, or to support someone who is on a Medical Treatment visa. It's FREE when applied from outside Australia (AUD 380 if applied onshore). You must have financial capacity to support yourself and leave before the visa ends.
