- 2Completing the VFS e-form at eforms.vfsglobal.com/pol is mandatory and must be done before the VFS appointment.
- 3Required documents must be submitted in original Polish or English versions.
- 4Passport: issued within 10 years, valid 3 months beyond departure, at least 2 blank pages.
- 5Travel medical insurance with minimum €30,000 cover is mandatory.
- 6Biometrics are captured in person at the VFS centre; the mission only accepts applicants legally resident in its jurisdiction.
- 7New study-visa requirements apply from 1 July 2025 — check the Embassy page before applying.
