The Poland business visa is a Schengen Type C short-stay visa for Indians travelling for business trips, meetings, conferences, training or trade events, as well as private entrepreneurs travelling on business and journalists. As a Schengen visa it also permits travel across the wider Schengen area within its validity. Applications in India are processed through VFS Global for the Embassy/Consulate General of Poland: complete the form, book a VFS appointment and submit in person for biometrics.

Short-stay (Type C) visa fee is €90 for adults (₹10,100) and €45 for children aged 6–12 (₹5,100); children under 6 are exempt. Students, school pupils and accompanying teachers travelling for study/educational training, researchers, non-profit representatives aged 25 or under attending qualifying events, and family members of EU/EEA/Swiss citizens are also fee-exempt. A VFS service charge of ₹1,026 (incl. SGST 9% + CGST 9%) is mandatory per application and paid online when booking the appointment. INR amounts follow the current exchange rate and may change without notice. Optional courier ₹960 per passport. Visa fee is non-refundable if refused; the service fee is non-refundable once the appointment is confirmed.
