It is a National (Type D) long-stay visa preceded by an employer-obtained work permit/authorisation. The employer drives the permit process, after which the applicant follows the Embassy's D-type work process (gov.pl), completes the mandatory VFS e-form, and submits in person at VFS.
Government fees are set by the Polish authorities and paid directly to the Embassy/VFS. Because we do not process this visa, we do not quote a price — the fee is listed as 'Varies'.
