All fees are in INR, per applicant, and non-refundable regardless of the outcome. The total payable is the visa fee PLUS the Türkiye Visa Application (VFS service) fee, which varies by the validity you request: 3-month single entry ≈ INR 5,400 + 12,720; 6-month single entry ≈ INR 5,400 + 14,840; 6-month multiple entry (business only) ≈ INR 16,200 + 14,840; 12-month multiple entry (business only) ≈ INR 16,200 + 16,960. At appointment booking, INR 6,890 of the total is charged online; the balance is paid at the VFS office by cash, UPI or POS (credit/debit card). Multiple-entry visas are granted only after the Turkish Mission verifies eligibility. Fees are set by the Türkiye Mission and VFS and are subject to change — confirm the current amount on the VFS Global Türkiye India website before paying.

What to gather
Having a document isn't the same as presenting it right — that's the part we handle.
Filled manually in BLOCK letters with blue or black ink, with 1 biometric photo affixed, signed by the applicant (or legal guardian for minors). Must be accurate and complete; the signature must match across all documents.
Valid at least 6 months on arrival in Türkiye, with at least 2 full blank pages. If not issued within the mission's jurisdiction, submit local address proof.
2 biometric photos, 2.5 inch × 2.5 inch, white background, taken within the last 6 months. Full face, looking straight at the camera, neutral expression (no smiling). No headgear, no cap/hat, no spectacles. Hair must not be tucked behind the ears. Sharp focus, clean, no ink marks, creases or staple marks, natural skin tone, proper brightness and contrast.
Copies of the first, last and any visa pages of the passport.
Aadhaar card and PAN card, clearly visible.
If a previous passport is lost, a police FIR is required.
From the applicant with the entire travel plan, purpose and duration of stay, occupation, accompanying persons and an expenses clause, signed with contact details. Travel dates must match all other documents.
A confirmed booking or reservation is acceptable.
Covering the full stay. If booked via an agent/tour operator, the applicant's name and check-in/check-out dates must appear on letterhead with seal, signature, name and designation.

If visiting a Turkish citizen or a foreigner residing in Türkiye: invitation letter with the applicant's full name and passport number, plus the host's Turkish ID/residence permit/passport copy, address proof and contact number.
If travelling with a spouse whose name is not in the passport: marriage certificate notarized by a Notary Public (recent marriages may need wedding card + photos).
Minors need a notarized consent letter from BOTH parents in all cases (even when travelling with both parents), plus both parents' passport (original + photocopy). If a parent lives abroad, an NOC attested by the Indian Embassy/Consulate in that country plus a copy of their resident card/visa is required. If only one parent is the legal guardian (death/divorce), a notarized death certificate or notarized court decision naming the legal guardian is required.

Türkiye's e-Visa is open to Indians only if they hold a valid Schengen/US/UK/Ireland visa or residence permit. Otherwise, identify the Turkey Visa Application Centre (New Delhi, Mumbai or Hyderabad) for your jurisdiction and book a sticker-visa appointment.
Fill the application form & assemble documents
Complete the form manually in block letters, affix a biometric photo, and assemble the full checklist — passport, photos, covering letter, financials, flight & hotel bookings, insurance and employment proof. All letters must be typed; affidavits must be e-stamped and online-verifiable.
Book the appointment & pay online
Book the VFS appointment online; ₹6,890 of the total fee is charged at this stage. You can apply a maximum of 60 days before travel and should apply at least 15 working days before departure.
Submit at the Turkey Visa Application Centre
Attend your appointment, submit your documents and pay the balance of the fee at the office (cash / UPI / card). If a document is incorrect or not as required, a fresh application form must be filled.
Processing by the Turkish Mission
VFS forwards your file to the Embassy/Consulate of Türkiye. Processing time is at the mission's discretion; the mission may request additional documents or refuse without explanation.
Collect your passport
Collect your passport with the visa sticker. Check the 'duration of stay' and 'period of validity' printed on the visa before you travel.

Indian passport holders can use Türkiye's online e-Visa ONLY if they already hold a valid Schengen, USA, UK or Ireland visa or residence permit. If you don't, you must lodge a sticker-visa application at a Turkey Visa Application Centre run by VFS Global in New Delhi, Mumbai or Hyderabad on behalf of the Turkish Mission.
The visa fee is ₹5,400 for a single entry, plus a Türkiye Visa Application (VFS service) fee that depends on validity — ₹12,720 for a 3-month visa or ₹14,840 for a 6-month visa. A 3-month tourist visa therefore totals about ₹18,120. ₹6,890 is charged online at appointment booking and the balance is paid at the VFS office. All fees are non-refundable.
Processing time is at the discretion of the Türkiye Embassy/Consulate and varies. You can apply a maximum of 60 days before travel, and tourist applications should be lodged at least 15 working days before departure.
The checklist requires a minimum personal bank balance of about ₹2 lakh per person, shown on a 6-month bank statement that is stamped, signed and updated to within the last 15 days, along with 3 years of ITRs. If you don't meet this, a sponsor can submit financials with a sponsorship letter.
You need a round-trip flight reservation, a hotel reservation covering your stay and travel insurance for the full duration. A confirmed reservation or booking is acceptable; a paid ticket is not required.
