The Belgium Business Visa (Schengen Type C) is for Indian professionals travelling to Belgium for meetings, conferences, training, trade fairs or other business-related events. It does NOT permit taking up employment. Applications are made on Visa on Web and submitted at VFS with biometrics.

The Schengen visa fee is €90 (about ₹10,100 from 27 Aug 2026), charged in INR at the current exchange rate and subject to change without notice. VFS service charge is ₹2,750 per application (incl. CGST 9% + SGST 9%). Optional services: Courier ₹775, Courier Assurance ₹1,260, SMS ₹283, Premium Lounge ₹4,765, Prime-Time Submission ₹5,165, Prime-Time Collection ₹810. Family members of an EU/EEA/Swiss citizen and children under 6 are exempt from the visa fee. All visa fees and service charges, once paid, are non-refundable.
