The Schengen visa fee is €90 (about ₹10,100 from 27 Aug 2026), charged in INR at the current exchange rate and subject to change without notice. VFS service charge is ₹2,750 per application (incl. CGST 9% + SGST 9%). Optional services: Courier ₹775, Courier Assurance ₹1,260, SMS ₹283, Premium Lounge ₹4,765, Prime-Time Submission ₹5,165, Prime-Time Collection ₹810. Family members of an EU/EEA/Swiss citizen and children under 6 are exempt from the visa fee. All visa fees and service charges, once paid, are non-refundable.

Attend in person — give fingerprints and a live photo, submit documents, pay €90 + ₹2,750 VFS fee. Choose optional services if needed.
Decision + passport return
Around 15 days standard (can extend to 30–45). Collect at VFS or by courier. A refusal letter, if any, states the grounds.
