The €90 visa fee is paid in INR at the VFS centre (cash/card/UPI) and is non-refundable regardless of the outcome. Children under 6 are exempt; children aged 6–12 pay €45. Family members of Croatian/EEA citizens, holders of diplomatic/service passports on official duty, students/teachers on study programmes, and researchers may be fee-exempt. VFS service and optional charges are additional. The visa fee is subject to change without notice — verify on the Croatia VFS Global India page before applying.

Issued within last 10 years, valid 3 months beyond departure, ≥2 blank pages, no alterations + photocopies of used pages and last 2 old passports.

Explains the business purpose, itinerary, locations and duration of stay.
Minimum €30,000 cover for the entire stay, from an approved India insurer.
In original, or a copy if the original is deposited at the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs in Zagreb; enclose proof of solvency (BON-1/BON-2 or court confirmation of no liquidation).
Signed by the inviting person, attached with a scan copy of the Guarantee Letter (no deposit slip is issued by Zagreb).
States the applicant's identity, the business purpose, and the period/place of the visit.
Return travel reservation (air/bus/boat); reservation only — no confirmed tickets.

You need an invitation or Letter of Guarantee from the inviting Croatian company (with proof of solvency), plus a cover letter from your Indian employer stating your identity, the purpose, and the period and place of the visit.
