Secure the Thai invitation
Obtain the invitation letter from the Thai company and the supporting company documents (profile, DBD registration, tax papers, balance sheet).
Prepare your Indian company file
Get a letter from your Indian employer on letterhead confirming your designation, purpose and travel period; self-employed applicants prepare business and income-tax proof.
Complete the form & finances
Fill the application form in blue ink/typed and sign it, prepare photos, return ticket, hotel reservation and an original bank-attested 6-month statement (≈ USD 700).
Submit at the VFS centre
Submit the complete file at your jurisdiction's VFS Thailand centre and pay the visa fee plus VFS service charge.
Track and collect
Processing is a minimum of 3–5 working days. Track the application and collect the passport once the Consulate decides.

You can attend business meetings, conferences, seminars and training in Thailand for up to 90 days per entry. You cannot take up employment — that requires a separate Non-Immigrant B Employment visa and a work permit.
Single entry (₹5,000) is valid 3 months for one trip. Multiple entry (₹12,500) is valid 6 months or 1 year. There is also a 3-year multiple-entry option (₹25,000) for frequent business travellers. All allow up to 90 days per entry.
Yes. A letter of invitation from the Thai company on its letterhead — stating your name, passport details and the purpose and period of the meeting/conference — is mandatory, along with the Thai company's registration and tax documents.
