A Czech Republic Business Visa is a Schengen Short-Stay (Type C) visa for Indian professionals travelling for business purposes — meetings, conferences, trade shows, training sessions, or exploring business opportunities. Travel period less than 90 days. This visa does NOT permit gainful professional activities (even if unpaid) — for paid or unpaid work, a separate Type D work permit is required.

Secure the invitation letter from the Czech host
The Czech inviting company must send a letter on company letterhead confirming applicant identity, purpose of journey, period + place of stay. Both invitation + employer cover letter must align.
Collect employer NOC / cover letter
On Indian company letterhead — confirming employment, designation, salary, approved leave dates. The narrative must match the invitation letter.
