The D9 Visa (introduced October 2022) is Portugal's dedicated route for remote workers and freelancers earning from non-Portuguese sources. It's become one of the most sought-after Portuguese visas for Indian tech workers, designers, writers, and consultants. AIMA substantive decisions. Informational only.
