The Spain Business Visa (Schengen Type C) is for Indian professionals travelling to Spain for business meetings, negotiations, conferences, trade events, or short consultancy on behalf of a company in India — for a maximum of 90 days in any 180-day period. In India, Spain's applications are submitted through BLS International (not VFS Global) on behalf of the Embassy of Spain (New Delhi) and Consulate General of Spain (Mumbai).

Spain visa applications in India are processed by BLS International (NOT VFS Global). The visa fee, BLS service charge, and any optional value-added services (courier, SMS, photo, premium lounge) are payable per applicant and are NON-REFUNDABLE regardless of the visa decision.
