Embassy fees are set in EUR by the Embassy of Sweden — the INR amount charged at VFS varies with the daily exchange rate and is subject to change without notice. The VFS service charge (€19, incl. GST) is mandatory for every applicant, including fee-exempt children under 6. All fees are NON-REFUNDABLE regardless of the visa outcome. Optional add-on services at VFS: SMS €4, Courier €7, Premium Lounge €40, Prime Time Submission €41.50, Prime Time Collection €8.50, Call-Back €7, Hold-at-VAC €8.50.

What to gather
Having a document isn't the same as presenting it right — that's the part we handle.

Valid ≥3 months beyond departure, ≥2 blank pages, issued within the last 10 years.
Irrespective of condition; attach a note if any were lost.
Must state the purpose of the trip, the period and place of intended stay, who bears the expenses, and any proof of the business relationship (invoices, business correspondence, orders).
On company letterhead, signed by an authorised signatory.
If attending a conference or training event.
Hotel booking covering all nights in the Schengen area.
Plus intra-Schengen flight reservation, train itinerary or car rental if visiting several states.
Valid for all Schengen countries, full trip duration including arrival/departure, covering accident, illness and emergency evacuation.

Get the personal invitation from the Swedish host company (purpose, dates, place, who pays) and a covering letter from your Indian employer signed by an authorised signatory.

Register on the VFS Global Sweden (India) portal and book a biometrics slot.
Assemble the business file
Combine the invitation, employer letter, financial/professional proof, lodging, flight reservation and €30,000 insurance.
Submit & give biometrics
Attend in person, pay €90 + €19 VFS charge, and provide fingerprints and a photo.
Track & collect
Standard processing is 15 calendar days from receipt by the Embassy. Collect at VFS or by courier.

A business visa (Schengen Type C) is for short business activities like meetings, conferences and training — you cannot take up paid employment in Sweden. To work in Sweden you need a work permit/residence permit decided by the Swedish Migration Agency (Migrationsverket), which SureshotVisa does not process.
A personal invitation from the inviting Swedish company stating the purpose of the trip, the period and place of stay, who bears the expenses, and proof of the business relationship (invoices, business correspondence or orders). You also need a covering letter from your Indian employer signed by an authorised signatory.
