Identify the VFS Ukraine centre for the state where your passport was issued — West & South India routes to Mumbai/Ahmedabad/Bangalore/Chennai/Hyderabad; North & East India to New Delhi/Chandigarh/Kolkata.
Gather your passport, photos (35×45mm), Ukraine-valid insurance (€30,000), original 3-month bank statement (min USD 2,500) + cheque-book page, hotel booking and tour itinerary.
Book your appointment at the correct VFS Global Ukraine centre via visa.vfsglobal.com/ind/en/ukr.
At the centre, VFS fills the application form (₹2,640 charge) and you sign it. Submit documents and pay the consular fee (in INR) + VFS service fee (₹2,970). Choose normal or urgent processing.
The Embassy may request an interview (video-conferencing charge ₹3,840). Missing it can extend processing to ~30 working days.
Track via VFS. Normal decisions take ~10 working days, urgent ~5. Collect your passport at the centre or by courier.
