Consular fees are published in USD for information only and are PAID IN INR at the Embassy of Ukraine exchange rate — confirm the live INR amount on the VFS Global Ukraine India page before paying. URGENT processing costs DOUBLE the normal consular fee. On top of the consular fee you pay the VFS service fee (₹2,970) and the mandatory form-filling charge (₹2,640) per applicant. If the Embassy calls you for an interview, a video-conferencing charge of ₹3,840 applies. Children under 6 years are exempt from the consular fee. All fees (consular + VFS) are NON-REFUNDABLE regardless of the visa decision.

What to gather
Having a document isn't the same as presenting it right — that's the part we handle.
Completed at VFS against the ₹2,640 charge, then signed by the applicant.
Carry the original; valid for the intended stay.
Colour, ≤6 months old, plain light background, face 70–80% of frame.
Copies of any previous Ukraine, USA, UK, Schengen and Australia visas.
Valid residence permit/equivalent if you reside outside your country of nationality.
On official letterhead, stating the company's Unified State Registry number, your full name, date/place of birth, nationality, passport details, purpose, duration, number of entries, place of stay, and the company's undertaking on costs and travel dates.
Must support and accompany the invitation letter.
Minimum €30,000, valid on the territory of Ukraine. A Schengen/Europe-only policy not naming Ukraine is rejected.
Bank-stamped and signed, minimum balance USD 2,500.
One page showing the account number with the bank's stamp and officer's signature, submitted with the statement.
Showing the applicant's name and surname as on the form. The Embassy may later ask for return flight tickets.

Obtain the Ukrainian invitation
Get the original invitation letter in Ukrainian from the inviting Ukraine-registered company (with all mandated details) plus that company's Ukrainian government registration certificate.
Confirm your jurisdiction
Identify the VFS Ukraine centre for the state where your passport was issued (West & South India vs North & East India routing).
Assemble documents
Gather passport, photos, Ukraine-valid insurance (€30,000), original 3-month bank statement (min USD 2,500) + cheque-book page, and travel-ticket bookings.
Fill the form at VFS & submit
At the centre VFS fills the form (₹2,640) and you sign it. Submit documents and pay the consular fee (in INR) + VFS service fee (₹2,970). Choose normal or urgent.
Track and collect
Track via VFS. Normal ~10 working days, urgent ~5. The Embassy may call an interview (₹3,840 video-conferencing). Collect at the centre or by courier.

It must be an original letter in Ukrainian on the inviting company's letterhead, quoting the company's Unified State Registry number, your full identity and passport details, the purpose and duration of the visit, number of entries, place of stay, and the company's undertaking towards your costs and travel dates. It must be backed by the company's Ukrainian government registration certificate.
Yes. The Embassy requires the business invitation letter in the Ukrainian language, supported by the Ukrainian government-issued company registration certificate. An English-only letter or one without the registration certificate is a common reason for refusal.
No. The C-01 business visa is for meetings, negotiations and commercial visits only — it does not authorise taking up paid employment. Working in Ukraine requires a long-stay D work visa based on a Ukrainian employer, which is a separate category.
The consular fee is USD 130 for a single/double/multiple-entry business visa on normal processing (USD 260 urgent), or USD 250 for a 02–05-year visa (USD 500 urgent), all paid in INR at the embassy rate. On top, you pay the VFS service fee of ₹2,970 and the ₹2,640 form-filling charge per applicant.
