All India-based Estonia applications are processed by the Embassy of Estonia, New Delhi. Submit at any VFS Estonia centre across India — VFS forwards to the Embassy on the next working day (or 48–72h transit for satellite centres).
An Estonia Tourist Visa is a Schengen Short-Stay (Type C) visa for Indian travellers visiting Estonia for leisure, sightseeing, or short trips. Valid up to 90 days within any 180-day period. As a full Schengen member, an Estonia visa lets you travel across all 29 Schengen countries during its validity. Apply through VFS Estonia in India — every application is processed by the Embassy of Estonia, New Delhi.

Visa fees in INR follow the current exchange rate set by the Embassy and may change without notice. Children under 6, family members of Estonian / EU / EEA / Swiss citizens, diplomatic & service passport holders, persons invited by the Estonian Parliament/Government, students/teachers on educational trips, non-profit reps under 25, and researchers from third countries are EXEMPT from the visa fee (VFS service charge still applies). Issued within last 10 years. Valid at least 3 months after scheduled return. At least 2 blank pages. Include old passports (FIR / cancellation proof if missing).
Filled online at https://eelviisataotlus.vm.ee/, printed, signed TWICE by applicant (or legal guardian for minors).
Color, white background, no software corrections, not older than 6 months. Face covering 70–80% of photo height.
Written consent from non-travelling parent or legal guardian, certified by public notary. Plus passport copies of both parents.
Required when proof of custody is needed (e.g., single-parent travel, divorce situations).
Hotel reservations, holiday-home rental, or campus residence. If staying with family/friend: proof of sponsorship + private accommodation. If multi-state Schengen trip: accommodation in EACH state.
Return flight reservation and itinerary. A provisional booking is enough.

Book your VFS appointment
Visit https://www.vfsglobal.com/estonia/india/ to book your appointment at any VFS Estonia centre across India.
Submit at VFS + biometrics
Attend in person with all documents. 10 fingerprints are collected (unless previously taken within last 59 months). Pay the visa fee (cash) and VFS service charge at the counter.
VFS forwards to Embassy of Estonia, New Delhi
VFS sends applications to the Embassy on the next working day. Satellite centres may take 48–72 hours in transit. Processing time clock starts the day after submission.
