Embassy fees are set in EUR by the Royal Danish Embassy — the actual INR charged at VFS varies with the daily exchange rate. VFS service and courier fees are fixed in INR. All fees payable in Cash / Card / UPI and are non-refundable regardless of visa outcome. Approximate total for an adult tourist/business visa: €90 + ₹2,484 (~₹10,584 at current exchange rates).

No. A business visa allows attending meetings, conferences, training, and signing contracts — but NOT receiving a salary from a Danish entity. For paid work, apply for a Work Permit at nyidanmark.dk.
It's the Embassy's preferred method — the invitation is pre-validated in Danish systems (nyidanmark.dk), linked directly to your case, and reduces document-verification time. Paper invitations still work but processing takes longer.
Yes — include a sponsorship declaration in the invitation letter. You still need to show your own bank statements (for credibility), but the sponsor can declare they'll cover accommodation/meals/expenses.
Short-stay Schengen visas generally cannot be extended except in force majeure (serious illness, political situation, etc.). Plan your business trip around the 90-day / 180-day rule. For longer business visits, apply for a Work Permit.
Yes. If you have frequent business trips to Denmark and a solid travel history, the Embassy may grant a multi-entry visa valid 1–5 years. Mention this request in your cover letter with supporting evidence of recurring business need.
